Back Pain Relief Testimonial

"Hi, my name is Kelsey bar I am currently a student at the University of Tampa studying exercise science and sports studies I'm also a group fitness instructor so exercise is part of my daily life I love being active exercising every single day for an hour I'm also in the industry and about to graduate from college so being able to do physical activities and being active in the community is a big part of me and having this injury is holding me back and keeping me from being the best that I can and also being able to help others ok so here are a few things that I've tried to accommodate with pain and kind of rehabilitate my back I've been doing physical therapy for a few months now and sometimes it's actually gotten worse because they're only addressing the the bulging disc aspect of it and not the hip and muscular imbalance few other things that I've tried I've tried massage therapy and as great as that feels it doesn't help for a long-term pain relief I've tried yoga what's a weak myofascial release again physical therapy spending a lot of money and time going to see a physical therapist a lot of energy and hard work going into physically to try and hurt this problem and I've seen little to no improvements it's also all caused me more pain somedays so I'm hoping that this.So how this impacts me on a daily basis it's pretty negative the pain is very consistent I'm a student I sit in class for three-plus hours every day multiple classes a day and I'm that girl who fidgeted sperms in her chair because the pain is so awful I also have trouble sleeping at night I have real Jillian in one pillows that I use just to kind of accommodate for the pain and make sure that I'm able to fall asleep every single day sometimes walking causes me pain exercise causes me pain certain movements class II pain by standing first extended periods of time sitting for extended periods of time it's been really difficult to manage also with group fitness I've had to modify almost every single workout that I've given everyone because of the pain I don't like to put people through things that I can't physically perform myself that being said it's kind of hindering my ability to help other people reach their own fitness levels because I can't perform exercises that most people can so I want to be able to help them reach their goals as well as my own and the pain that this has caused me is totally holding me back. okay so I just finished my first session of Muscle Activation techniques here and it's definitely something that I've never done before I've gone through physical therapy and bunch of other different exercises and I've never done anything like this definitely feel my muscles being recruited and activated in different places I'm hoping that as I continue this I'll continue to feel changes get a little stronger in my weaker areas and hopefully by meeting the whole way I've worked with Kevin for about four months and I'm pain free it's been a crazy ride it's definitely been a lot easier in my life because I'm an exercise science major I'm getting my master's degree in exercise science so my futures in exercise science my jobs include a lot of physical movement so I'm a personal instructor and so making money kind of realized I need to be able to perform exercises properly without pain I so that being said I've been able to do squat things of that sort without having any pain more functional sitting in class to know that the used to not be able to sit for five minutes without being in pain having to get up and walk around now I can sit in class with no problem so combination of strengthening exercises and the Muscle Activation Techniques is really helps me achieve huge difference"
