During this session, a Master Level MAT® Specialist will:
Test muscle function throughout the body
Identify where stability and activation are missing
Review your movement history and goals
You’ll leave with a clear understanding of what’s limiting you and exactly what needs to be addressed moving forward.
Session length: ~90 minutes
These sessions build on what was found during your assessment.
Each session focuses on correcting the most important dysfunctions first — restoring proper muscle activation, improving joint stability, and reducing compensation.
If needed, specific corrective exercises may be prescribed to support progress between visits.
Session length: 45–60 minutes
Best for: Clients with complex issues, long-standing pain, or those wanting the highest level of care.
Specialist sessions follow the same principles and process as Master Level sessions.
The difference is time and provider level — making this a great option for ongoing care once your foundation has been established.
These sessions continue improving muscle function, movement efficiency, and overall stability.

Muscle Activation Techniques® focuses on identifying muscles that aren’t doing their job and restoring their ability to contract and stabilize joints properly.
When certain muscles stop firing, the body compensates. Over time, that compensation leads to pain, stiffness, and breakdown. MAT® allows us to test muscle function, identify where stability is missing, and restore proper activation so movement becomes safer and more efficient.
This isn’t stretching or massage. It’s about giving your nervous system back control of the muscles that should be supporting your joints.

Every program begins with a detailed assessment to understand how your body actually moves — not how it should move according to what’s considered “normal.”
Your body is unique, and it should be tested and treated that way.
We look at joint stability, muscle coordination, compensation patterns, and movement efficiency to identify what’s working well, what may be contributing to pain or limitation, and where performance can improve.
From there, corrective exercises are used to reinforce proper muscle function and improve movement patterns.
The goal isn’t to give you random exercises — it’s to make sure the work you do actually carries over into daily life, training, and long-term results.

Strength training only works when the body is functioning correctly.
Once proper muscle activation and joint stability are restored, strength and performance can be built safely and efficiently. This program focuses on developing strength, power, and control on a body that actually works the way it’s supposed to.
We don’t chase numbers or fatigue — we build strength that supports movement, reduces risk, and holds up over time.
Ideal for:
Pain is often a signal that the body has lost stability or coordination — not that it’s damaged.
This program focuses on restoring proper neuromuscular function so the body no longer has to compensate or guard movement. By addressing the root cause of dysfunction, pain often decreases and movement becomes smoother and more reliable.
If an issue falls outside our scope, we’ll refer you to the appropriate provider. The priority is always your long-term health and function.
