So you know when you meet those points of resistance or friction and you're like I don't know how to do this, I don't know if I can do this – he's always quick to be there and say hey you know this is what I was feeling when I was going through it, this is what I experienced and this is how you can get past it as well. So I've had a fantastic experience over my time working with Kevin.

    The second I was asked to hit certain numbers to be able to go to officer training candidate school, the first person I called was Kevin. I said, 'Kevin I got to hit these numbers.' He said you know, 'Text them to me so I can see them.' And you know he came up with a plan right away. And so he was the first person I contacted, and I knew if I worked with him I'd get where I wanted to be.

    We designed a full fitness plan where I could lose some weight, get in shape, you know meet those marine corps standards. So since then, I've been training with Kevin again and hoping on getting back to OCS in the near future.

    I would highly recommend Kevin, to you know just about anybody looking to get better or you know just looking to improve their quality of life. He's got a very sort of great holistic approach that's going to help just about anybody improve as long as you know they're as committed to it as he is.
