Dancer Pose Revived Through Muscle Activation Techniques

 

Yoga is great for a combination of reasons! Keeping our body, mind and spirit all relaxed and aligned for example. However, old injuries or just time, as it impacts our bodies, can limit our ability to achieve certain poses as comfortably as we might like.

  • An example of somebody that Kevin has helped...let's call her Bonnie that's her real name but I won't give you her last name.

    Bonnie has back problems and hip problems. Bonnie's about 55 years old she has been to every doctor only to hear that it must be in her mind because they can't find anything wrong with her.

    That's got to be so frustrating!

    Well I have Kevin and I have Bonnie, and I introduced the both of them and guess what magic happens.

    It's crazy! Bonnie has full functioning of her hips and her back now. She saw Kevin for I think about six times and now she's back in yoga and everybody's happy.

    So in order for me to refer somebody to somebody I like to see them first. I like to check out their office space. I like to check out their work policies. I like to check out the cleanliness of the facility. I like to check out how they treat people.
