Who should you trust with your body?
Trust and Fitness
Trust is a crucial part of any relationship – a marriage, a friendship, or any partnership. Trusting the person you look to for guidance regrading the maintenance and care of your body and fitness is extremely important.
Everyone wants to work with a trainer or coach that is an expert with a high level of integrity. You want someone that will:
be honest with you, not just tell you what you want to hear
listen to your concerns and make a personal plan
stay involved and follow up
Knowledge and integrity
"There was a whole after-care program that he followed up with and followed through with.
So I had a couple questions, he got me answers to those questions. He asked how my exercises were going. He asked me to demo the exercises to make sure I was doing them right".

I'm [Denise Owner of Florida Power Yoga] in the business of helping people feel great!
They don't come in here for a better butt or better sculpted arms. They come in here to feel great.
And when Ican introduce somebody like Kevin Votta of Fitness-tek to them to help them with something that has caused them great pain or discomfort or the inability to do what they love – to me that is the greatest part of my business.
One of the things that really surprised me about working with Kevin was, it wasn't just see him and not see him again. There was a whole after-care program that he followed up with and followed through with.
So I had a couple questions, he got me answers to those questions. He asked how my exercises were going. He asked me to demo the exercises to make sure I was doing them right.
And the really cool thing, the thing I think is a class act, is he sent me a hand-written thank you for being his customer and to me that hand-written thank you is is the sign of a world class business owner.
