“That's the kind of guy Kevin is - he listens, he fixes, he helps, he gets them on a program so they don't have future injuries he gives them exercise and it's all about having the people continue to do what they love to do.”

Shoulder Injuries Managed with Muscle Activation Technique

Shoulder injuries are on the rise. As we age, our bodies remember the times we've treated them poorly, over worked them or surpassed their comfort zone.

Lack of shoulder mobility for active people can be very frustrating. Shoulder pain, stiffness or immobility can be a special annoyance for avid golfers.

Using MAT, we are able to reduce shoulder pain, improve flexibility and movement to get golfers back out on the course.

  • An amazing transformation i have seen is how he (Kevin) helps customers with their shoulders.

So shoulder injuries are on the rise we have done a lot of things to our bodies over the years. And believe it or not our bodies remember when we injure them.

So when somebody can't lift their arms up it's very frustrating from them because they can't do a lot of the activities they love like for example golf.

I have a client who is a strong golfer. He has what he said was frozen shoulder that's really not the name of it.

I tell Kevin about it. Kevin sees him. Guess who's on the golf course a couple of weeks later after seeing Kevin.

That's the kind of guy Kevin is – he listens, he fixes, he helps, he gets them on a program so they don't have future injuries he gives them exercise and it's all about having the people continue to do what they love to do.

On a scale of one to ten I give them (Fitness-tek) a 10. Actually they should change their name from Fitness-tek to "Fitness 10."

i would refer them to every client thathad any sort of injury that i know Kevin can do justice fixing for them.
