The human body is amazing! Our nervous, immune, and musculoskeletal systems, to name a few, help in every aspect of our daily lives and help us perform and feel our best.

It's just amazing how he will have you do a very minute movement, a very easy exercise position, and how many different muscles that it works and how easily that small movement strengthens the muscles. And the difference that you feel in your body and the alignment of your body after doing that simple exercise that's probably my favorite thing of all.
